GERMANY'S ATTITUDE. ONE OF "TRANQUIL EXPECTS TION." United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received Julv 5. 8.0 a.m.") LONDON, July 4. A message from Berlin states that Germany's attitude is one of tranquil expectation, hoping that her intervention may lead to an exchange of views among the Powers, thus clearing the situation. ITALIAN COMMENT. Italian newspapers strongly condemn tho German intervention in connection with the Agadir incident. THE POWERS CONFER. France is discussing the Agadir incident officially with Britain and Russia. BRITAIN'S HAND IN THE MATTER, Mr Asquith, in the House of Commons, said that affairs in Morocco were seriously occupying the attention of the Government, and that diplomatic communications were proceeding. ANOTHER GERMAN CRUISER. The German cruiser Berlin sailed from Kiel on Saturday for Agadir. A RUSSIAN OPINION. The St Petersburg newspaper "Novoe Vremya" charges Germany with infringing the letter and spirit of the Algeciras agreement and the Franco* German Convention.
