Germany gave notice to all the signatories to the Algeciras agreement simultaneously with the Panther's arrival at Agadir. THE GERMANS AT AGADIR. TANGIER, July i. In accordance with the Algeciras convention the authorities at Agadir lately declined to allow several Europeans, including Germans, to acquire laud. The Panther will shortly be replaced by a cruiser equipped with wireless.
