GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S TRIP, TRADE WITH ARGENTINA. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—.Copyright'. (Received December 23, 8.5 a.m.) VANCOUVER, December 22. Earl Grey, the Governor-General ol Canada, will next year travel to the Yukon via the Mackenzie River, returning by' Dawson City to Vancouver. Canada has appointed Mr Pousette, now in charge at Durban, Natal, as Trade Commissioner to the Argentine, in consequence of the growing trad* with that country.
