The "Daily Graphic" upholds Australia's attitude as quite sound, and says that tho sneers about the want of Imperial spirit are uncalled for. Th<> Australians see that the presence of two touring teams would be ruinous to the success of either. "-We ought," it continues, " to thank them for the suggestion that the effect on county cricket finance would be little short of disastrous." (Received June 5, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 5. The Board of Control has notified the Marylebone authorities t that it was against the triangular proposal long before the financial provisions were known. It is clear, therefore, that its decision was not influenced by monetary reasons.
