OFFICIAL FRAUDS. United Pres3 Association — By Electric N Telegraph— Copyright. (Received June 4, 8.40 a.m.) BERLIN, June 3. The Kiel police are investigating extraordinary Imperial dockyard frauds. High officials are suspected of passing out an immense quantity of stores, nominally for the use of the navy, but really selling them at nominal rates. Sometimes £2000 worth a day was sold. The police recovered £75,000 sterling from one of the wealthiest merchants implicated in similar frauds at Wilhelmshaven.
