DISASTROUS HURRICANE.
A TOWN IN RUINS. United Press Association— By Elecwio Telegraph— Copyright. (Received January 21, 10.27 a.m.) BRISBANE, January 21. A brief telegram received by the postmaster at Palmerville, from the postmaster at Cooktown, announces that the latter town has been laid in ruins by a hurricane. There were numerous accidents, but no fatalities.
