SHEPPAED.— January 19, 1907,; at the residence of his daughter, Mrs E. Cookson, " Wroxton," Fendalton, Edward, the beloved husband of S. C. Sheppard, late of -Richmond; aged eighty-seven years. Private interment. No flowers. January 19, Old Governor's Bay Boad, Lyttelton, Jessie, eldest daughter of Eli and Nellie Wilson ; aged twenty-eight years. No flowers.'
