The Liquor Bill will not bo circulated till to-morrow, as it lias to undergo a final revision at the hands of the Cabinet this evening. Lobby report says it is not quite so favourable to the "trade" as last year's measure. THE LAND QUESTION. Mr 2>l-ikbct"s amendment to tie Premjer't motion for the appointment of a Royal Commission to deal with th* land question will be treated by the Government as a noconfidence motion, which means an extension of the time limit to one hour for all the speakers. The debate will consequently occupy practically the whole of this week. It begins to-morrow nftcrnoon. sun-, the Government will have a substantial majority — probably ten. | " THE PREMIER.
