Saturday, September 12. (Before Mr W. R, Haselden, S.M.) Drunkenness. — 'Sera V. B. Wiggins, charged with drunkenness, was fined 5s and costs, in default tw«enty-four hours' imprisonment. — Two anaJe first offenders were each fined os and costs.— -Julia Crowley, who had just emerged from gaol yesterday, after serving a sentence of one monith. s imprisonment, appeared on charges of drunkenness and having wilfully broken a cab window valuo 6s. The police evidence was that the woman belonged' to the worst class of prostitutes. A list of previous convictions was handed"- in, and his Worship sentenced her to two months' imprisonment. _REMA_.DKD.--George Hunt, a young man, was remanded until September 16, on a charge of having, on August 5, stolen a washing-anachine, a knititrng-machine and two- lamps, value £5, from a vacant house ia Sydenham. '
