AN INVITATION FROM LONDON.

Mr Joseph Chamberlain, in accepting Sir J. C. Dimsdale's suggestion to deliver a fiscal speech in London, solid: — "I gladly agree to do so in January, after the provincial campaign has concluded. I will summarise in the "metropolis — the centre of the world's commerce — the conclusions I have arrived at, and submit them for tthe consideration of my countrymen."
