(Quintessence only started three times as a two-year-old, winning each of her races, the B-ei.— ial Stakes at Ascot, the Exeter Stake' at Newmarket, and the Molecombe Stakes ai Goodwood. Sun-Rose started nine times and won twice, -the Soltykoff Stakes end the Bretbj Stakes at Newmarket. Skyscraper raced also - nine times last season. She started by winning the» Brocklesby Stakes' afc Lincoln, and her wins later in the season included the New Biennial Stakes at Ascot, the Prince of Wales Stakes at York, the Manor Plate at Kempton Park and the Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket.)
