(Received March 27, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, March 26. i Mr Wyndham was cheered on concluding his speech. The Bill was mosfc favourably received. Its main features are considered. very generous. Criticisms and suggestions on details have been reserved. The Bill is recognised in Dublin as a careful, sincere and hopeful attempt at the solution of the Irish problem.
