- . ♦ — > [PEa Press Associatiok.] NAPIER, Jan. 21. The second- wool sale of the season, held to-day, proved (most succesßfuL> The offefings aggregate 6300 bales. There was a largo attendance, and 'bidding Was spirited throughout the morning sales. '•■ iPrices showed an advance all round — \vith v the exception of half-bred parcels — of front 10 to 15 per cent on the prices realised at the last sale, rougher and coarser wools benefiting most. Locks, pieces and (bellies showed an advance of from one farthing to one half-penny. There Was a fair offering of lamb wool, which, made from 6d to 7d for bright par.celß. The little merino offering Bold up to 9di^ and half-bred of good quality 'from 6£d to Bsd. Coarse cross-bred in light condition brought to 6d, fair average from 5d to s|d, dingy cross-bred s^d, cross-bred bellies arid pieces from 3£d to 4id, and fine cross-bred pieces from Qd to 6|d. .
