Saturday, Fed. 15. (Before Mr R. Beetham, S.M.) Drunkenness.—For this offence fines of 10s and costs, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment, were imposed upon each of two first offenders, who did not appear. —A male first offender, charged with drunkenness, while in charge.of a horse and cab, was fined 20s and costs, in. default fortyeight hours' imprisonment. Alleged Larceny.—Frederick Carson and Gordon Tomline, two very young boys, were charged with the theft of six pigeons, valued at 14s, $c property of one William Graham, living at North Avon Road, Richmond. After hearing evidence, his Worship said that the boys were evidently guilty. He would convict and discharge them, but they must be very careful in future. • •
