GERMAN ENTERPRISE. [Per Press Association.] .AUCKLAND, May 2.
Dr Kunst, of Samoa, has bought up all the available land, li; 000 acres, on Upolu, and as a result, values have doubled. He intends to bring out German immigrants to work the coffee plantations which he intends starting. He proposes tb have two steamers built in Germany for the Island trade.
German currency will succeed -the British in Samoa. The Hauroto took 190,000 marks from Sydney to Apia.
