DEMONSTRATION AT JOHANNESBURG. CALCUTTA, Sept. 18. The Indian contingent is embarking. PRETORIA, Sept. 18. A Labaar agitator, at Johannesburg, attempted to provoke a demonstration agaicßt the British policy, drawing a, revolver when the crowd angrily dissented from his views. The police' charged, injuring several persons. The crowd sang "Rule Britannia."
