ST JOHN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION.

Dr Fensvick completed the examination of the Women's Nursing Classes on Saturday. Of the afternoon class of 27 pupils, instructed by Dr Gane, 23 presented themselves for examination and gassed. The examiner reported that several were weak in the written portion, but did sufficiently well in the practical examination to merit passing. No. 18 obtained full marks in all subjects, Nos. 5, 6 and 12 over 190 out of a total of. 200. Of the evening class, in-, structed by Dr Thacker, of 27 candidates,/ 25 presented themselves for examination, and all passed. The examiner reported that this class was exceptionally good in the written examination, the majority were weak in the theoretical examination, but all the bandaging was excellent. Nos. 2, 15, 19, 20, 25 obtained full marks in tlie paper, and No: 15 obtained 200 marks out of the full total of 200.
