Drunkenness. — John Bidder Kerr, against whom there had been a previous conviction within six months, was fined ss, and costs ; in default, twenty-four hourß' imprisonment. — Frank Harding, for being drunk while in charge of a horse and cart, was fined 10s, and costs ; in default, fortyeight hours' imprisonment.
