Franks, claim £57 10s lOd ; judgment by default. — Excelsior Boot Factory v. E. Schmidt was adjourned until Sept. 22.— Mason, Struthers and Co. v. J. Hendren was also adjourned till Sept. 22.— "Walter A. Wood Company v. J. Meredith, jun., claim .£lO 9s ; judgment by default.— Same v. J. Hodder, claim £4,7 18s 9d ; judement by de-fault.-R. Ellis v. J. H. Hill, claim .£3 3s 4d; judgment by default. — New Zealand ".Typewriting Company y. G. M'Alpine was adjourned until Sept. 22. Charles Wagland v. J. D. Cade, judgment summons. Mr Hall for the plaintiff, Mr Russell for defendant. Claim .£l2 9s Bd. No order was made. — T. Duffy v. L. Davis, claim .£ll 6s 3d. Mr Hunt appeared for the plaintiff. The debtor did not appear. An order was made for payment forthwith, or in default five weeks' imprisonment.
