Mr Cowlishaw applied for discovery herein, and Mr Raymond, contra.'consenting, his Honor made the order as prayed. RE JOHN BENNINGTON, DECEASED. Mr Papprill applied for letters of administration, "de bonis non," to one of the daughters of the deceased. I His Honor granted the application.
