BANKRUPTCY.
[Per Press Association.! NAPIER, Oct. 17. G. D. Hfimilton, a settler of Dannevirke, has been declared a bankrupt. The liabilities are £72,581 I6s 3d, and the assets nil. The Bank of New Zealand is set down as the principal creditor, .£67,000, but this debt has been passed over to the Assets Eealisation Board with the land which it represented, viz., the Mangatoro Estate.
