_ —^ . [Per Press Association.l LONDON, June 4. At the sales 1450 casks of tallow were offered and 975 were sold. Fine mutton 20s, medium 18s 9d ; fine beef 18s, medium 17s 3d. FOOCHOO, June 4. The sales for the new season's teas have opened. Good prices were obtained, but medium and fine panyongs were rather low. There is a moderate business doing for London, bnt nothing yet for the colonies. The first direct steamer for Australia is expected to leave towards the end of the month. •
