The committee of foreign bondholders has written to Mr Chamberlain, complaining of the treatment of the JSTew Plymouth bondholders, and threatening to oppose the quotation of the next New Zealand loan. The Hon W. P. Reeves also wrote to Mr Chamberlain, assuring him that the New Plymouth bondholders had no real grievance and ridiculing their threats. y
