Francis and eldest sou of the late John terry Guim Francis ; aged forty-eight years. For twenty years on the New Zealand railways, the 1-ist fourteen years being station-master at Amberley. Miln— June 2, at their residence, Kowai I'n-.h, B. V. Miln, grand-daughter of Daniel and Jessie Peirie; aged nine years.
