The Eesident Director of the Australian Gold Eecovery Company has received a cable message from the owners of the M' Arthur cyanide process, America, stating that they have obtained an injunction against the Mercury ' Gold-mining Company, Utah, preventing the infringement of the patent, which was declared valid.
