Band op Hops.— The usual monthly meeting of the Loner High Street Bible Christian Church Band of Hope was held on Wednesday evening. There was a good attendance. The programme included readingp, solos and recitations, given by Misses Orchard, G. Larcombe, M. StauntoD, A. Pratt, Shields (2), S. Moses and Weir, Meßsra G. Howe, F. Pratt and B. Keene. The Rev. A. Mitohell presided. Piarls worth £10,000 werein three years' time, during the last century, taken from inußßela in the river Tay.
