CONSTANTINOPLE, Junb 10.
It is officially announced that Djevad Pasha has been dismissed from the office of Grand Vizier, and that he was not allowed to resign. The Sultan'B order, appointing Said Pasha to fill the vacancy, praises*his fidelity, and says that he knows how to promote the happiness of the people and advance the beat interests of the country. The European delegates on the Armenian Commission inquiry refuse to continue to act in conjunction with the Turkish representatives. This extreme step is taken in consequence of an allegation that the Turkish delegates are openly bribing and intimidating witnesses. ST PETERSBURG, Junjs 9.
The Buesian Press advocates an international conference to settle the Armenian difficulty.
