New Loans.
RUSSIA AND CHILI.
[Special to Pbess Association^ LONDON, June 7. The Chilian loan of .£2,000,000, at 4| per cent, with a minimum of 93f, was subscribed twenty-fold. The Daily Telegraph states that Russia is about to issue a loan in Paris of £17,000,000 sterling at 4 per cent, which she will lend again to China at 5 per cent, in return for permission to extend the Siberian Railway through Manchuria.
June 9. It is believed that a Chinese 4 per cent loan of four hundred million francs, with a Russian guarantee, wiil shortly be issued in Paris.
