A CONCESSION" EEQUESTED. [Special to Prbss Associaton.] LONDON, Junk 9. Sir W. B. Perceval, Agent-General for New Zealand, has asked the Board of Agriculture to permit New Zealand vessels to touch at coaling ports without the Board insisting on the immediate slaughter of the live stock on arrival in England. In reply, the President of the Board stated that the Board would require proof that the ports touched at were free of disease.
