WELLINGTON, June 10.

The woman Louie Smith, who was recoived into the hospital on Thursday suffering from burns, died at . midnight before her depositions could be taken. Two men, Andrew and Joseph Kennedy, brothers, have been arrested on the charge of being concerned in the affair, and Joseph Hewitt is also to be charged along' with them. It is alleged that another man was in the~noußß~-with tne woman, and Ibab the three accused went there to try and induce him to leave. A fight ensued, during which a lamp was thrown down, with the results stated.

The men Kennedy and Hewitt were brought before the Court on the charge of being concerned in the death of the woman Smith and were remanded.
