THE SEIZURE BY THE GOVERN MENT.
[Special to Press Association.! LONDON,. Mat 31, In the House of Commons, referring to the seizure of the MidlandRailway by the New Zealand Go* vernment, Mr Buxton stated that the Imperial Government was unable to act in the matter until Ministers received some complaint from the City men interested.
