The Times declares that unless colonial Judges sitting on the Privy Council aro regarded aa in every respect the equals of their Engliah colleagues, the scheme proposed in Lord Roaebery's Colonial Judges (Privy Council) Bill will only cause irritation and lead to feelings of distrust.
