LYTTELTON.
Tubsdat, Mat 29. (Before Mr G. Lauren Bon, J.P.) Refusing Duty. — Samuel Hilbert, quarter-master on board the R.M.S.S. Rimutaka, was charged with disobeying lawful commands. He was fined 7s and costs, and ordered to be put on board bis vessel.
