■TPer Pbesb Association/! ■DTJNEDIN, Sept. 28. .-, During the hearing of a charge of creating a nuisance by leaving ahorse unburied, the presiding Justices refused to hear evidence for the defence, and gave their decision. In Chambers to-day Mr Justice Williams granted a rule nisi calling upon the Justices aud the prosecuting constable to show cause why they should not be prohibited from proceeding ou the conviction, and why the Justices should not be ordered to pay the coats of the rule.
