NEW ZEALAND.
Maggie Moore (writes " Lorgnette *la the " New Zealand Mail") is a perfeot wonder. She has been coining money of late with a lot of rubbishy old pieces whioh everyone but the 'onto Maggie thought played out long. ago. I hear she has marvellously reduoed the adiposity whioh was at one time snoh a burden to her —in more senses than one—and that ehe is singing better than ever. Truly a wonderfnl woman. Eef erring to Cyril Tyler, the boy soprano, whose intention it is to tour New Zealand, the Melbourne "Leader" says: —"Quite apart from the singularity of his being gifted with a voice which in timbre and quality is far more akin to that of a woman than to that of a boy, one oanndt but be struck with his finished style of singing, his admirable training, and the sympathy and expression be puts into all he does."
