The first meeting of creditors in the eatate of Robert Noonan, hotelkeeper, Akaroa, which was to have been held this afternoon, lapsed for want of a quorum. Munro and Co., Akaroa, £8 12s; Crown Brewery Company, Chrißtchurch, £8 ; Aehby, Berghand Co., Christchurch, £8 2s lid ; Fletcher, Humphreys and Co., Christchurch, £6 183 6d j Mason, Strntherß and Co.,Chrißtchurch, £5 17s8d. The secured creditors were the Lyttelton Building Society and the New Zealand Farmere' Cooperative Association.
