ROBERT NOONAN.
The first meeting of creditors in the eatate of Robert Noonan, hotelkeeper, Akaroa, which was to have been held this afternoon, lapsed for want of a quorum. The bankrupt's statement showed unsecured creditors, £299 13a sdj secured , creditors, £154 sa, leBS estimated value of securities, £164 sa ; assets, £81 ss; deficiency, £218 13s sd. The unsecured creditors of £5 and over were as follow :— B. Wilson and Co., Dunedin, £124 3s 3d j F. J. Hart, Akarda, £60 13s 8d; W. Strachan, Dunedin, £31 10s; New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association, £25 8a 3d ; G. L. Beath and Co., Christchurch, £15 14s 3d; A. E. Munro and Co., Akaroa, £8 12s; Crown Brewery Company, Chrißtchurch, £8 ; Aehby, Berghand Co., Christchurch, £8 2s lid ; Fletcher, Humphreys and Co., Christchurch, £6 183 6d j Mason, Strntherß and Co.,Chrißtchurch, £5 17s8d. The secured creditors were the Lyttelton Building Society and the New Zealand Farmere' Cooperative Association.
