Ricearton.

At the Papanui Town Hall, the principal polling booth in the Riccarbon licensing district, the voting was carried on with a good deal of activity, the women electors taking great interest in the proceedinge. Things were very quiet in the morning, but in the afternoon the Papanui Road, in front of the Town Hall, presented a very lively appearance.
