— • — i [Per Press Association.! -, TIMABU, Feb. 6. At the Supreme Court there was only . one criminal case, that against Parks for forgery and uttering a cheque for £4<. Prisoner pleaded guilty. He had a bad record, and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment with hard labour. j The grand jury made a presentment asking that the sittings be fixed so as to avoid calling farmers from the harvest work, to which his Honor Judge Dennißton promised consideration. j The only civil business was a divorce case, which is adjourned until next sittings. The whole of the business was concluded within half an hour. ;
