♦ A SPECIAL SEAECH PAETT. rPiK Pbxss Association.l DUNEDIN, Jan. 13. The Government has decided to make a thorough search for Quintin M'Kinnon, the well-known Te Anau guide, and has accepted the offer of Mr T. Mackenzie, M.H.E., to assist. Mr Mackenzie, who led the Daily Times search expedition for Profeßsor Mainwaring Brown, leaveß in the morning with six members of the Permanent Force, and will visit the Pompoland hut, which was not touched by the first search party. A determined effort will be made to solve the mystery of M'Kinnon'a disappearance.
