History op Christianity. —At the Methodist Free Church, &t Asaph street, last evening, the Bey John Hosking lectured on Christianity in the fifth century, dealing with the fall of Eome, the progress o£ Christianity in Gaul, Britain, and Ireland, the life of Patrick, the various heresies, especially Pelagianism and Neatorianism, and the great Augustine and other eminent leaders of religious life. There was a large congregation. The Her J. Dawson preached in tfie morning.
