«. [Pbb Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Dec. 18. The hearing of the argument for a new trial of the judicial separation suit, Atkinson v. Atkinson, was concluded today, when Mr Justice Williams reserved his decision. To-morrow the wifo's counsel will move for a decree of judicial separation, for an order for the custody of the children, for alimony, and an allowance for the maintenance of the children.
