AUCKLAND, Nov. 15. The Governor of Tahiti, M. la Cascade* arrived at Auckland by the Richmond to-day. He is en route to Pario for the benefit of his health. M. la Cascade is accompanied by his family and staff. APPOINTMENT. The Board of Education have appointed Mr E. Crowe as fourth Inspector in the Auckland district, vice Mr Fidler resigned A SHIPWRECKED CREW. ' Amongßt the passengers to Auckland by the Richmond were the shipwrecked crew and passengers of the barque Flying Venus, lost at,Penrhyn Island.
