[jbom our own cobbespondent/J NELSON, Jan. 5. The match Wanderers v. Nelson was resumed to-day. The weather was cold and showery in the afternoon. Canterbury made a. better stand than yesterday, the last wicket falling for 87, thus leaving Nelson the victors by one innings and 61

The game having finished by luncheon time, it was decided to play a return match, and Nelson went in. The wickets fell rapidly, Sbudholme and Wilding being in splendid form, the tenth wicket being down for 59 runs. When Fowler and Wither got together, taey were not separated till the score had reached 94. Scores : —
