CHEISTCHUECH. This Day. (Before It. Beetham, Esq., E.M.) Civil Cases. — Judgment was gi-ren for the plaintiffs .by default, with coßts, in Fletcher, Humphreys and Co. v. Richmond, claim £60 6s, and Gunderson v. Makeig, claim £2. — Smart v. M'Cready, claim £2 ss, for nino weeks' rent. The plain - tiff admittod that 6he had made a mistake in the dates, and obtained judgment for i'l 10s. Strange and Co. v. Parr was adjourned until Oct. 3.
