THE RADCLIFFE CASE.
Constable Stunner, who w*nt to Adelaide in hopes of bringing back the Rev W. Radcliffe, returned to Christchurch yesterday, evening. The matter, it seems is atill before the Supreme Court of South Australia, though Mr Radcliffe has left its shores, as Chief Justice Boncant agreed to deliver a judgment, setting forth the reasons for his decision. ' A sum of .£66 185, which was found on Mr Radoliffe when arrested, was confiscated, and will be forwarded to the Official Assignee in Christchurch. The New York World's examination of drugs sold in the metropolis reveals the fact that nearly 40 per cent were below fche legal standard of.purifcy.
