Mr Prank Stuart, late Chairman of the Victoria Chamber of Manufacturers, has paid a visit to Manchester. He states that the manufacturers of woollen goods are afraid to exhibit at the Melbourne Exhibition, apprehending boycotting by the Victorian manufacturers. Bank Shares. Bank of Australasia shares have fallen ten shillings. Beet Sugar. Beet sugar is quoted at 11s 9d per cwfc. ■ j

MELBOURNE, Sept. 21. A Relief Fund. A fund is bein* raised here for the survivors of the ship Derry Castle, and -to recoup the captain and crew of the schooner Awavoa, which rescued them from the Auckland Islands, for loss of time.
