Mr Higgins attended at the Uouth Loburn school on Thursday evening last, to place his views before the electors as a candidate for the Ashley district. Mr John Armstrong was chosen Chairman, who briefly introduced Mr Higgins, who was well received, and was accorded a vote of thanks,
