St. Albans
A meeting of Mr W. P. Reeves' Central Committee was held last eveuing, when there was a large attendance. The work of checking the ordinary and supplementary rolls was attended with thoroughly (satisfactory results. The work of the past fortnight waß reviewed, it being made evident that the chances of the Ministerial candidate were improving daily. The dates and places for future speeches by Mr Reeve 3 were decided upon, and will be announced in due course.
