DUNEDIN, August 27. The Dunedin Garrison and Ordnance Bands (our two .strongest bands) have amalgamated, and "will give a series of open-air concerts during the summer. These will be conducted alternately by Mcßera Wisharfc and Coombes, the former conductors. .
