BLENHEIM, August 27,

The divorco case, Lucas v. Lucas and Eadd, co-respondent, was heard to-day. The petitioner is a storekeeper at Blenheim, and the co-respondent, who is a married man with seven children, is a butcher at Blenheim. After discovering their intimacy, the wife separated from her husband, and went to live at Nelson with her mother. There was no opposition by the respondent or co-respondent. The case was adjourned till Monday for the production of another witness.
