WELLINGTON, August 25,
The wxits for the election will be issued at 9 o'olock to-morrow morning, and will be immediately telegraphed to the several electorates, with the exception of those that are within a day's post of Wellington. The date of election has been fixed for September 26, and the writs are returnable on October 5.
WELLINGTON, August 20.
The writs are returnable on Oct. 5, and Parliament has been summoned for the despatch of business on Oct. 6.
